1. Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your order. Here's what you need to know:
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them
- For dine-in reservations, cancellation should be made at least 2 hours prior
- Delivery orders cannot be cancelled once the food preparation has begun
- Special orders and custom items may have different cancellation policies
2. Refund Timeline
Our refund processing timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days
- UPI Refunds: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- Digital Wallet: 24-48 hours
3. Eligible Reasons for Refund
We process refunds for the following reasons:
- Food quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery
- Wrong items delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Excessive delivery delay (beyond 60 minutes)
- Restaurant cancellation of order
- Technical payment issues
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Log into your account
- Go to Order History
- Select the relevant order
- Click on "Request Refund"
- Select the reason for refund
- Provide necessary details and photos (if applicable)
- Submit your request
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Personal taste preferences
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
- Complaints raised after 30 minutes of delivery
- Partially consumed orders
6. Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds when:
- Only specific items in the order are affected
- Delivery is delayed but order is accepted
- Alternative items are accepted by customer
- Promotional discounts are involved
